Reflection cards – small pauses in everyday work

In many of my coaching conversations, the same moments tend to return.

A piece of feedback that lingers.
A conversation that didn’t land well. A tension that quietly builds.

Not because people don’t know what to do.
But because it is not always easy to slow things down
and stay with what is really there.

These reflection cards were created from those moments.

Simple questions you can return to — in between meetings, after a conversation, or at the end of your day. They are not meant to give answers.

They are an invitation to pause, to notice, and to respond with a bit more clarity.

You can use them on your own, or bring them into a conversation that matters.

Feel free to share them with colleagues, within your team, or in your own practice.

If certain themes or situations come up for you, you’re welcome to let me know.

I can add new cards, inspired by real questions from practice.

If this resonates, you’re welcome to explore this further in a coaching or supervision conversation.

Or simply take a moment for yourself today.

Download the set cards below. They will be added gradually. And simply start with the one that speaks to you.
