supervision for coaches

Supervision is a professional partnership that gives you space to pause, reflect, and grow in your role as a coach or consultant. It strengthens your confidence, deepens your presence with clients, and helps you translate experience into an authentic and effective practice. It safeguards ethical standards and ensures lasting impact for the people you work with.

Benefits and added value

  • A safe and confidential space to reflect on your coaching and client relationships
  • Constructive feedback and analysis of client situations

  • Fresh perspectives that open up new possibilities for action

  • Support in ethical decision-making and professional accountability

  • A calm, steady presence that sustains both your effectiveness and self-care

Why it matters

Supervision is an essential part of maintaining high professional standards. It safeguards quality for your clients, supports your ongoing growth, and ensures you can coach with clarity, integrity, and renewed energy. Reflection is what turns experience into insight—and that is where supervision makes the difference.

A personal note

I have systematically integrated supervision into my own practice. It has given me courage, supported honest reflection, and encouraged me to explore challenging themes such as shame within organizations and with individual clients. Supervision keeps me aligned with professional standards while caring for myself as a practitioner. And yes—I have a supervisor too.

Since 2018 I have been working as a supervisor. In 2023 I graduated at Tavistock with a Certificate in Supervision for Coaching & Consultancy. This program is grounded in Tavistock models of systems and group psychodynamics, organizational theories including complexity theory, theories of identity and difference, and Gestalt psychotherapy practice.
